Become A Friend of the Ministry

Through our letters of friendship and hope we are reaching into the prisons with the gospel of Jesus Christ as God continues to open doors for us, but the expenses required to do this on a regular basis are constantly increasing due to the rising cost of postage, printing supplies, paper supplies, and the ever increasing number of requests for pen pals that we receive regularly.  Each month between 50-100 requests from inmates wanting someone to write to them, to listen to them, be a friend to them come into our office.  Just knowing that they haven’t been forgotten by the outside world encourages them in their walk with the Lord.  In addition, many of them have come to know Christ while in prison, but need someone to help them stay encouraged on building a relationship with the Lord because of where they are a present.  We want to help them stay focused on Jesus during their incarceration so that when they are released they will be encouraged to find a good Bible teaching home church and continue walking with Him.  Remember, less crime means safer streets for us all.
